AAF-Akron Student Entry wins Best of Show at District Level of American Advertising Awards

AAF-Akron Brings Home 13 Trophies Total

AAF-Akron was recently recognized with 13 trophies at the Fifth District American Advertising Awards (D5AAA) competition, held on March 22-23, 2019, in Dayton, Ohio. The accolades included a Best of Show honor for Bradley Kelley of The University of Akron for his Airbnb Open | Event Invitation.

The D5AAA competition is a second tier of the national American Advertising Awards that annually recognizes and rewards the creative spirit of excellence in the art of advertising. The fifth district represents professional advertising associations and college chapters throughout Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia. Gold winners from districts throughout the country are automatically forwarded to the third and final tier, the national stage of the American Advertising Awards. National judging takes place April 26-27, 2019, in Washington, DC, and winners will be announced at the annual AAF-National ADMERICA conference to be held in June in Hollywood, Florida.
